Personal Information

The app operates on a local-first architecture. All the data you enter — including expenses, budgets, categories, and account information — is stored on your device's local database first, ensuring the app remains fully functional without an internet connection.

When an internet connection is available, your data is also synchronized to our secure cloud servers to enable cross-device access and data recovery. This means your data resides in both your local device storage and our servers.

Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage will remove local data from your device, but will not delete data already synced to our servers.

Device Permissions

The application may request the following permissions:

• Notifications: To send reminders for upcoming bills or budget alerts.
• Internet: Required for cloud sync and ad delivery.
• Storage / Files: Planned for a future update — will be used to allow export of expense reports or local backup. This permission is not requested by the current version of the app.

Permissions are requested only when necessary and are used solely for the stated purposes.

Advertising

This is a free application. We display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Google's advertising services may collect certain device identifiers and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Data Retention & Management

Your data is retained on our servers for as long as your account is active, in order to support synchronization and data recovery across devices.

Please note: The app currently does not include a self-service option to delete your data from our servers. If you wish to have your server-side data permanently removed, please contact us at [email protected] and we will process your deletion request manually. We are working to provide an in-app data deletion feature in a future update.

Third-party advertising networks may store automatically collected data according to their own privacy policies. Please review those policies carefully.

Data Storage & Security

Your expense data is stored in two places:

• On-device local database: Keeps the app fast and functional offline. This data is private to your device.
• Cloud server: Your data is automatically synced to our servers when connectivity is available, allowing access across devices and protecting against data loss.

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. Data stored on our servers is protected with appropriate access controls.

Children

This application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy within the application. Continued use of the application after changes are posted is deemed acceptance of those changes.
